This Sleep Meditation is a soothing whimsical journey into a full body relaxation and then into an exploration of a lovely healing place: “The Enchanted Castle” and “The Secret Garden”. My intention for this meditation is to guide you into a relaxed state where your body and mind are lulled to sleep by the magic of imagery and the bedtime story.
The soothing music called “New Day” by James Everett further reinforces the spirit of this meditation and continues after the narration so you can fully deepen into your healing rest.
This audio is for both children and the child within. It will be most effective if listening to stories is a helpful way for you to go to sleep. However. if listening to a story (no matter how calming it is) is too stimulating and if you need an extended period of time to wind down, you may find this recording to works well as prelude to your sleep routine. In this case, after using it as a prelude you can try following the track with audios like "Drift into Sleep" or "Sleep into Dreamtime" to fully open to a "deep and restful sleep."
